Sorry for this late post again, been out for a while and also Toboggan will be returning shortly hes just on a trip up to San Francisco. But anyways, the spiked collar is now in the diamond shop. The old spiked collars became rare. The price for the spiked collar is 3 diamonds. You have 8 different color options such as yellow, blue, green etc. Here is what it looks like:
